NEW YORK (AP) — Cotton futures No. 2 closed $2.35 to $8.00 a bale lower Friday.
The average price for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton declined 76 points to 82.21 cents per pound Friday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
