NEW YORK (AP) — Cotton futures No. 2 closed $1.25 a bale higher to $7.30 lower Friday.
The average price for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton advanced 21 points to 82.70 cents per pound Tuesday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
