NEW YORK (AP) — Cotton futures No. 2 closed $1.80 a bale lower to $5.40 higher Wednesday.
The average price for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton declined 12 points to 80.83 cents per pound Wednesday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
