NEW YORK (AP) Cotton futures No. 2 closed $1.00 to $5.10 a bale higher Tuesday.
The average price for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton advanced 35 points to 71.83 cents per pound Tuesday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
