NEW YORK (AP) – Cotton futures No. 2 closed $2.35 to $15.00 a bale higher Monday.

The average price for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton declined 351 points to 70.12 cents per pound Monday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
