NEW YORK (AP) – Cotton futures No. 2 closed $20.40 to $25.00 a bale lower Thursday.
The average price for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton declined 450 points to 65.46 cents per pound Thursday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
