BC Cotton Bale: July 18, 2012NEW YORK (AP) — futures No. 2 closed $4.40 to $6.000 a bale higher Wednesday.

The average price for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton advanced 95 points to 66.14 cents per pound Wednesday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
