Cotton Climbs As Much As 2.2% After Forecast For Higher Prices futures advanced as much as 2.2 percent to 73.69 cents a pound after Antonio Esteve, president of the International Association, said prices may gain to 80 cents as China builds reserves and Indian production may decline.

The December contract traded at 72.86 cents at 9:16 a.m. Singapore time.
