The wipes are designed for critical environments in need of a wiping solution that is free of electrostatic discharge. They are suitable for wiping printed circuit boards and for cleaning a variety of other anti-static electronics and equipment.
Vision 10P ESD-safe, unlaundered polyester knit pink wipes are suitable for use in ISO class 6 (class 1000) cleanrooms. They are extremely low in particle generation and chemical extractables. These are ideal economy ESD cleanroom wipes. Vision 10 pink ESD wipes are knitted on state-of-the-art equipment especially for use in cleanrooms. The pink fabric makes them easily identifiable as an ESD-safe wipe, according to a company press release.
VISION 50 ESD-safe polyester knit wipes are suitable for use in ISO class 5 (class 100) cleanrooms. The fabric undergoes a multitude of special processes that include cleaning, scouring, cutting, and a special proprietary cleaning process. Vision 50 ESD cleanroom wipes are laundered in a class 100 cleanroom using ultra-filtered water of 0.45 micron purity and HEPA-filtered air during moisture removal.
Ultimate 5 ESD-safe wipes contain four sealed edges and are ISO class 3 & 4 cleanroom compatible. These wipes are designed for ultra-critical controlled environments. They are antistatic, extremely low in particle emission, nonvolatile residue and ionic levels. Edges are individually laser cut, melting and sealing each edge to eliminate any loose fibres. Ultimate 5 wipes are cleanroom laundered, individually inspected and hermetically packaged in cleanroom bags
