Dienes Apparatebau GmbH will exhibit its multimode laboratory systems designed for laboratory and pilot lines as well as production lines for specialty products at ITMA 2015 trade fair to be held in Milan in November, according to a high profile professional in the company.
“Dienes will present the multimode laboratory system, and will also be introducing something from the realm of high-temperature godets,” Steffen Müller-Probandt, managing partner in the company said in a statement. The company will be exhibiting at Hall 4, Stand H123 at ITMA, considered to be the largest trade fair for textile machineries in the world.
This multimode system is designed to help laboratories carry out its innovative researches to develop new filaments. It will provide architectures and methods for flexibility in their processes. It can work well as a tool for developing a product from the original idea to its practical implementation, Probandt claimed.
Elaborating the features of the system, he said that the system enables intelligent networking of the production steps for product development in laboratories. Every module in the system can be operated independently and alone. All individual modules can be configured to create a system by the user via the master functionality. The system may be viewed as an intelligent, modular platform.
On an additional note, their most important objective is to increase efficiency and productivity. As the world of machine building becomes increasingly globalised, there is a constant requirement to increase efficiency and productivity levels, feels Probandt.
“At the moment, we are co-operating with another company Rauschert GmbH and a Fraunhofer-based institute to develop an energy management system (EMS) that can analyse and control a company’s energy consumption from a central location,” he informed.
“The EMS can itself be integrated in the multimode systems,” he further added.
