Loepfe Brothers, a leading electronic quality control solutions provider for the textile industry based in Switzerland, is displaying a wide range of quality control solutions for laboratories, spinning and weaving mills across the globe at ITMA Milan 2015 in hall 4, booth 101a, according to a press statement released by the company.
Labmaster, a system for easy laboratory measurements, is being displayed for the first time at Milan by Loepfe. The company is also showing its Yarnmaster Zenit+, a system to detect yarn irregularities in spinning mills. Yarnmaster 3N1, consisting of three sensors and Yarnmaster 1N1, consisting of one sensor are the main attractions for open-end spinning applications. Weftmaster Falcon-i optical yarn defects sensor and Millmaster Top online data management system are also being showcased at the booth.
The Labmaster series sets a new standard for laboratory measurements. It integrates the most important measurements into one system, according to the press release. Similarly, the Yarnmaster Zenit+ allows even more precise yarn clearing than ever before and delivers a multi-layered evaluation of the measuring results.
The Yarnmaster 3N1/1N1 covers the range of yarn counts from Nec 3 to Nec 60 with maximum spinning speeds up to 400 m/min. The desired quality can be achieved with the maximum possible machine efficiency. The Weftmaster Falcon-i can work with monofilament or multifilament yarns and is insensitive towards yarn colour. It is also suitable for high performance yarns such as glass fibre, aramid fibre, carbon fibre, etc.
Millmaster Top is able to monitor and analyse quality data from Loepfe yarn clearers. This software can collect, visualise and analyse quality data from up to 7,200 spindles in real-time, the release added. (MCJ)
